Quick observation: all pre-inca structures located in Cuzco or Puma Punku or Macchu Picchu are of much higher quality ENGINEERING than those of the later peoples, be it the Incas or the Spanish. The stone structures of Kimbiri are of pre-inca quality.
The place was officially visited by Kimbiri's mayor, Gillermo Palomino, in 2008, and quickly became news. However, be it on purpose or accidentally, it did not become international news and quickly vanished from papers."
